We will begin promptly at 5:30, please arrive a little earlier, so you may be seated and comfortable. Guided, Walking, and Silent meditation will be practiced together, as a sangha. We support each other, and help create the conditions for each of us to be more mindful, and compassionate. Patti will lead and share some selected exerts from Truly Seeing, a collection of classic dharma talks by Thay, and she will share some of her experiences with applying his technique of inviting, and nourishing the positive seeds in us in order to understand and remove obstacles to our happiness, and the well-being of others. We have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion, or simply be. See you tomorrow.

P.S. A couple of us shared a very nice walking meditation along the river Saturday morning. We invited the bell in salute to the newts and Canadian geese. We noticed many changes from walking the same route last month (greener and warmer!). Join us any Second Saturday, and make us part of your Saturday morning shopping at the coop, or run, bike, etc. Children are always welcome.
