The Community of Mindful Living Oregon invites you to a Mindfulness residential retreat April 29-May 2, 2010 in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh led by Dharma Teacher, Jerry Braza
"The quality of our life is related to the quality of seeds in our consciousness." Thich Nhat Hanh
Join us for a weekend of stopping, quieting, and looking deeply at the seeds or qualities of our consciousness. We will discover the seeds that need watering and those that need transformation in order to deepen our relationship with self and others. Through the practice of mindfulness, we have the amazing opportunity to step away from the many distractions of life and learn to develop true presence as we "selectively water" seeds on our interactions with others.
More detailed information will follow shortly. Please mark your calendars now. A car-share will occur.
