Dear friends, There are so many ways to bring mindfulness alive! You are invited to a half-day of mindfulness with members of the Oregon/Washington Many Rivers Sangha, in which we will explore the mindfulness of music. We will come together in the spirit of inter-oneness and explore the ways that sound and music can support our mindfulness and joy.
