Tomorrow evening we have the opportunity to share our practice, supporting each other with our presences, and enjoying dharma discussion. A short dharma presentation will be given on beneficial daily practice suggestions, and we will begin with our traditional meditations. Following the dharma presentation we will serve tea and practice Noble Silence for 5 minutes as we enjoy our tea together. This is a traditional practice from Vietnam and a daily practice in Plum Village. We simply enjoy the tea and each other without speaking, and with pleasure, then we'll have an open dharma session. Please bring a short poem, song, story to share if you've discovered, or rediscovered) one this month. The sangha is invited to examine ourselves and our weekly practice traditions so that all is clear, understood, and helpful.
