Wanderer, the road is your
Footsteps, nothing else;
Wanderer, there is no path,
You lay down a path in walking.
In walking, you lay down a path
And when turning around
You see the road you’ll never step on again.
Wanderer, path there is none,
Only tracks on the ocean foam.*
This week, being the first Monday of the month, we gather to share the five mindfulness trainings. These are very helpful guides, originating 2600 years ago and practiced throughout the world. They are at the heart of our practice of mindfulness. They help us renew our spirit and remind us of the interpenetration of all dharmas. They are ethical guides for daily living and we enjoy sharing them together. Ken is back and will facilitate. Looking forward to many summer smiles together,
With hands together,
Corvallis Friends Meeting House, 3211 NW Polk, at 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM.
