Meet for our weekly meditation practice this Monday, at the Corvallis Friends Meeting House, 3211 NW Polk, at 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM. We will recite and study the Five Mindfulness Trainings, and share a dharma discussion. The mindfulness trainings are the heart of our practice and we recite them regularly, the first Monday of the month. Preceding the recitation/discussion we will enjoy guided, walking, and sitting meditations. Our presence strengthens our practice and strengthens the communities' practice as well.
