The path of the Bodhisattva (awakened being) rests upon the aspiration to develop the skillful means that will enable us to benefit others. To carry out that aspiration will depend upon a step-by-step journey of transformation.

The fundamental method for this awakening process is grounded in engagement with six life-changing activities: generosity, ethics, patience, effort, meditation and wisdom. Utilizing these powerful tools will train our minds and strengthen our good hearts, so that we can genuinely benefit others as we wish to do.

Lama Pema and Lama Yeshe will present teachings on these paramitas (transcendent virtues), as well as creative ways to bring them into our daily interactions and meditations. Two sessions per day: 10:00 a.m. ñ noon and 2:00 ñ 4:00 p.m. Suggested donation each session: $25. No pre-registration required
