This coming Monday we will recite, and discuss the Five Mindfulness Trainings. These are basic to our practice of mindfulness. The Mindfulness Trainings are the core of the practice.
The Trainings are our commitment to ourself, our teacher and the practice which extends back to Sakyamuni Buddha, 2600 years ago. Our ancestral teachers in China and Vietnam, Tang Hoi, and the whole lineage of Tu Hieu Buddhism, of which Thay is the current Dhyana Master. Without this

Join us every Monday at 5:30 PM in our practice space at Mystic Mountain, 435 NW Fourth Street. We will practice together with openness and lightness of heart, sharing our experience with the practice.
Please arrive and be seated by 5:30 so we can end promptly at 7:00 PM.
