Mindful Eating...
 
Please join Five Stones Sangha on Monday at 5:30pm in our comfortable meeting room behind Mystic Mountain in Corvallis.  We will enjoy our regular three-part meditation of guided, walking, and silent mindfulness.  Our Dharma discussion this week will be led by Paul Watts and will explore our relationship with our eating.
 
Paul will present a discussion on mindfulness and gratitude for our food.   The talk will discuss the types of hunger we experience and practice ideas for how to slow down and become mindful while eating.  It is sure to be joyful as our food is important to us all!
 
Come join us and enjoy the respite from the normal hustle and bustle of our daily lives.
