Vesakha Puja, or Buddha Day occurs at or near the full moon in May. It represents the day on which the Buddha was born, achieved enlightenment, and attained "nirvana". Let's celebrate with a cake and 2600 candles.
Recent neuroscience has made three important discoveries for nourishing happiness and joy. We'll examine these discoveries and understand how to incorporate them into our practice.
