Handling Strong Emotions with Mindfulness

Dear Friends,
Please meet at 5:30 in our meditation room behind Mystic Mountain when we will practice and support each other in our practice of looking deeply and transforming difficult, strong emotions.  Thay will make a wonderful video presentation which will guide us is this most difficult skill.
