We begin and end each session with meditation practice.
Please practice silence as you come up the stairs and enter the back room quietly.
We welcome you and look forward to insightful discussion and delicious lunches.
We may arrive early to get settled and plan to stay for all or part, even if one can only come on occasion. We hope to share this time of peaceful breathing and deep looking with you.

May all beings know peace,
Jayna and Margaret
