Beginning at 5:30, we practice this week with a dharma discussion, facilitated by Patti on the important concept of "What now?" After we encounter our spiritual nature, touching the Ultimate dimension, a mini-satori, a mindful experience, etc., what do we do now? Let's look at this together and share ways we have dealt with ongoing, everyday, moment-by-moment practice.
Meeting at the Corvallis Friends House, 3211 NW Polk, we begin with short guided and walking meditations, followed by a 20 minute silent meditation, then the dharma discussion. We end promptly at 7:00 so the next group may use the building.
